Our vines are on average fifty years old and are
all GAMAY wines. They have been worked on with care
and ploughed in order to avoid using chemical production
and to respect the biological development of soil
and plantation. The wine-picking is hand-made and
a selection of grapes is made by pickers. Then, at
theire arrival in the vat, the wine production is
made with full bunches of grapes in order to let out
the full aroma of the GAMAY fruit.
Our wines are produced in semi-carbonic maceration and kept for xis months in old woods-tuns.
